Transaction coordination
A dedicated TC handles vendor follow-up and transactional paperwork from contract to close. The $500 TC fee is charged to the consumer, not out of your pocket.

What I bring to this team that most team leaders can't is a real investor perspective. I own long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and commercial real estate here in Central Florida. I've done creative finance deals. I know what it takes to evaluate a cash-flowing property, and I can teach you how to have that conversation with your clients.
